In this guitar lesson we check out some mini sweep picking arpeggio patterns. I take you through a basic string pattern and explain the technique and show you a few variations and licks but you should go explore this concept yourself too. Few extra tips, TAB and soem other hints I forgot to mention on the web site too. Hope you dig. BTW – yes I know I said variations kinda strange, it was some kind of stutter thing, but I couldn’t be arsed re-filming. And I do know that I’m not great at this stuff, before you shred heads have a go about the fact that my sweeping is a bit sloppy. But i’s heavily requested and I can teach it ok I think. I’m not a technical kinda guy, and not that keen on become one!Taught by Justin Sandercoe. Full support at the web site where you will find hundreds of lessons on a wide range of subjects, and all the scales and chords that you will ever need! There is a great forum too to get help, no matter what the problem. And it is all totally free, no bull. No sample lessons, no memberships. Just tons of great lessons :) To get help with your lesson or song look up the number at the start of the video title (like ST-666 or whatever) on the Lesson Index page. www.justinguitar.com .

Good job making Telecasters look cool =P

And, you are honestly the only one here on the Tube that teaches me anything.
after you`re finished with your sentence i always make 100 percent sense of it and if I don`t, you catch up and say “remember to…” or “keep in mind…” and i get it. my point is that you cover every aspect of everything I need to learn and even something i don`t.

    You`re awesome.

  • Spafey:

@JustinSandercoe Ignore the fools lol. Brilliant as usual.

@ieatcheez4breakfast telecaster, Fender Telecaster, referred to as the Tele, they’re nice if you like sharp cool tones.

  • arcainjust:

@Drafter3 although i HEAVILY disagree with you sir depending on how they are used they can be *boring* *if they are over used and abused yes they will get boring or a wonderful tone refresher with a melodic intent just because its fast doesn’t make it without soul or feeling if you listening to alex hutchings’s feeling fine you will get what i mean..but then again sadly to MANY old people *soul* is just their own taste in music…if it does not match their taste it has *no soul*. peace

  • richardshapiroII:

    hey justin
    nice videos.
I saw a video of yngvie teaching the same sort of thing.
but in his way of just doing it super fast and not explaining really at all.
he was doing lots of the same little mini sweep patterns and just moving them all over.
so, good stuff, man, you pack a lot of useful things into each of these lessons.

  • TeejTV:
